Hit the gym this morning. 20 minutes on the elliptical and some weight lifting. 40 reps of bicep curls, hammer curls, calf raises and squats. 25 reps on each arm of tricep lift & curls. 60 crunches on the exercise ball. Feeling tired, but not overworked. Thinking about starting some kettleball workouts. Looking into some better food options and recipes--I might actually find a reason to start getting myself into the kitchen.
Forgot to weigh-in today, will try and get it done in the next few days. Planning on buying a scale to keep at the house so that I don't have to necessarily make it to the gym to weigh-in.
