half-mast

After spraining my back muscles and taking 2 1/5 days off and eating comfort food (bad me) I am back at the gym, with my work out halved. So, better than nothing, but it feels like a major set back

  1. Setbacks are always gonna happen every once in a while. Don't dwell on it, don't feel guilty and don't let it get you down. Just get up the next day with a positive determination to get back to it and do what you can. You'll get there. Proud of you!
