Didn't post on Tuesday, even though I did work out--just didn't get it done. Went to the pool and did water aerobics for an hour. Weighed in at 247, which I would have found disappointing other than I knew I'd had a bad weekend and I weighed in during the evening after eating all day, when I normally weigh in during the morning.
Wednesday was a bad day--wasn't in a good place mentally and didn't get a workout it.
Yesterday I wanted to work out, but wasn't feeling good--felt shaky and off-kilter all day and didn't want to make myself worse, so I skipped the workout.
Today, I'm getting back to it. I have to remind myself that working out boosts my positivity, so even when I'm having an off day, I still need to workout, cuz chances are, I will be in a better mental place when I finish, which is better than staying in a bad mental place all day.
Gonna do my Jillian Michaels workout today, maybe some extra weight lifting. Want to look into getting an exercise ball so I can start doing an ab-workout as well, without straining my back. That, plus the housework I've already gotten in today--should leave me feeling pretty good.
Planning on weighing in at the gym tomorrow morning, gonna get back on track.

Sorry you have had a couple off days, now get back to work girl. just joking around with you, a little anyway. Keep pushing through, I sure know the feeling of not wanting to work out.
