Unsure

So I have strained some muscles in my back and I am supposed to rest them for two- four days. I'm not sure where that leaves me with working out since most of my normal exercises are out

  1. Walk in the pool. You will still get a workout in, but will take any pressure and impact off of your back. Sorry 'bout the injury.
