Weird Week

So this week's been a bit off.  Haven't been to the gym since Monday or Tuesday, can't even remember which.  Spent a good portion of the week doing major cleaning at the house, so still managed to get a "workout" in, just not in a typical way.  I've eaten way too much of the wrong stuff the past few days--no binging or anything like that, just bad choices.  I'm feeling it too--feeling tired and worn down and just kinda blah.  Definitely need to get back on track with things.  Gonna try to get to the gym tomorrow for a workout and will be making a grocery list of good, healthy food so Chaz and I can go grocery shopping tomorrow.

They say it takes three weeks of constant behavior before said behavior becomes habit.  I've gotten to two, then gone lax.  Gotta make it to the habit point so I quit getting to where I'm sitting at right now.  I have to find a way to make that happen and I need to do it yesterday.

  1. Man, I think I could just copy and paste this to my blog. I haven't walked in the past 2 days, and I was doing it everyday but Sunday. Not to mention the sherbert, smores, and other junk I have eaten. Must just be a off week for everyone.

    Here's to getting back on track. We can do it.
