Just got back from the gym--did nearly 2.5 miles on the elliptical, some of the workout on an incline.  Did a ten minute cool down on the treadmill, burned about 300 calories.  And now, I hurt.  I am dreading tomorrow because I will hurt worse.  But I will live to workout another day, so no worries.
