Comeback

Went to the gym tonight, 36 lengths (18 laps) of the pool--swimming, jogging, knee highs, running backward, etc.  Followed with some water treading to work my core.  45 solid minutes of cardio.  Feel awesome, both physically and mentally.  Ready for a good night's sleep.  Gonna come out the end of this weekend swinging.
