Got up early and went to the pool this morning with my mom. Stayed for about 40 minutes. Swam 7 lengths of the pool doing a slow, steady breast stroke, and holy crap, my triceps are killing me! It's definitely one of those good hurts, but taking my arms over my head is not fun right now. Also walked/ran somewhere between 10 and 20 lengths of the pool (we lost count) so my calves are feeling it a bit too. Now I'm home and drinking some Sobe Lifewater, gonna try and get something to eat here pretty soon.
Weighed in today because I couldn't resist the stupid scale...it was sitting right there in the locker room, staring at me. 245, baby! Lost 1.5lbs since Friday. Only 85 more to go!
Oh, and best moment of the day: once we left the gym, Mom stopped at QT to get some tea, offered to get me something to drink, and I did NOT GET A SODA!!! Got water instead. Kicking the soda habit, for good this time hopefully. **Fingers crossed**
