Steps

Had an absolute blast at Steps class today!  Fun, energetic, awesome workout.  Plus it was set to a bunch of remixed country music (I know, I know, I'm a nerd) and I absolutely loved it!  Stayed pumped throughout the entire workout and feel really good. 

While I still may not feel like I'm seeing a difference in the mirror, I can definitely tell I've been working out regularly.  I'm able to go longer and longer without getting totally worn out and I'm starting to be able to do more reps with heavier weights and it's not taking nearly as long for my muscles to recover as it did a few weeks ago.  Loving it!!
