Wasn't feeling too good today, just a little worn out, stomach upset a bit, didn't get the best night's sleep last night. Spent most of the day just trying to keep up with the girls. Felt a little better tonight, so did a bit of cleaning (vacuuming, folding laundry, etc) and then managed to get in about a 15 minute weight routine. Arms are feeling a bit shaky and the heart rate is up a bit. Wasn't much, but at least it was something. I was supposed to do my Jillian Michaels workout, but realized too late that both of my good sports bras were in the washing machine, sopping wet, and unfortunately, I can't do that workout without the proper support.
The best thing about the whole situation was probably that I didn't have to work real
hard to talk myself into it. I knew I needed to do something, even if it was just a little, and I feel good that I did it.
Headed to the gym in the morning for my first Steps class. Hoping it's a lot of fun.
