Ok. Officially started today. Weighed in at the gym at 246.5lbs. First time in 2 years that I've been under 250lbs, so already off to a good start. :)
Did the hour long water aerobics class today, plus a fifteen minute warm-up and a ten minute cool-down. The class was fun and didn't feel like a lot of work...then I got out of the pool and....wow....ow! Feeling the burn and the soreness today. But I feel good!
Came home and had a huge glass of water and some lunch. Not sure what the plan is for tomorrow yet. May stay home and use the treadmill, depending on how hot it is.
86.5 pounds to go. Watch out. I'm coming.
