Just got back from the gym, did 3 miles on the upright bike, two sets of 35 reps for both triceps and biceps on the bar, and a mile and a half in the pool.
Weighed in 213.6, up two pounds from last time, a little discouraging, but not going to let it get me down. Going to sign up for some evening classes for the month :)
