Symphony of the Abdominal Cavity....

My workout today was nonexistent, I spent the majority of the day curled up on the couch feeling absolutely miserable, the only thing I have been able to keep down all day is the very small 6 inch Canadian bacon pizza from Hy-vee. I may be overly optimistic in saying it is going to stay down, but, we will see. I did learn something interesting today: Apparently the Belgian waffle is actually called a Brussels Waffle but was renamed when it came to America due to the fact that Americans couldn't figure out where Brussels was. So yeah, Americans are dumb. So, yeah, here's to tomorrow.
